The Authentic Taste of Milan: Panino Giusto
A Showroom-Style New Shop
Panino Giusto, which opened in Milan, Italy, as a panino specialty shop in 1979, has expanded its presence not only within Italy but also to Japan, Hong Kong, the UK, and the US. On April 16, 2018, the company opened its Kōjimachi branch, its third location in Japan after Ikebukuro and Yokohama.

A Space to Enjoy from Lunch and Coffee Time to Dinner
Panino Giusto is a specialty shop that offers authentic panino, just like in Milan, made with high-quality ingredients such as Parma ham aged for 26 months, carefully selected extra virgin olive oil, and rare white truffle oil.
While the Ikebukuro and Yokohama branches were located within department stores, the Kōjimachi branch is street-level. The spacious interior features a large central table, allowing guests to dine in comfort.
The menu includes a variety of panini, such as the classic Giusto made with Praga ham, as well as light meals and snacks that pair well with Italian wine and beer. There are also full meals and desserts, making it a versatile spot for everything from a casual cafe visit to aperitivo before dinner, or a full dining experience throughout the day.
The Kōjimachi branch also serves as the company's headquarters and offers catering and delivery services to the 23 wards of Tokyo. Additionally, it accommodates private events and parties, and features a private room for up to 12 people, available for hourly rental, perfect for business meetings over light refreshments.
A Limited-Edition Menu, "WASA-MI," a Collaboration Between Star Chefs from Japan and Italy
Panino Giusto has a history of creating innovative panino menus supervised by star chefs. Their latest creation, "WASA-MI," is a collaboration between Michelin-starred chef Claudio Sadler from Italy and Yasuhiko Sasajima, a leading figure in Japan's Italian cuisine scene.
The bun, a burger-style bread kneaded with Japanese soy milk cream, offers a uniquely soft and chewy texture. Inside, Japanese wagyu roast beef is complemented by mayonnaise infused with fresh wasabi and fragrant white truffle oil, creating a novel and exquisite panino that harmoniously blends select ingredients from Japan and Italy.
Currently, this special menu is only available in Japan and is limited to 20 servings per day. We invite you to visit Kōjimachi to experience this meticulously crafted panino.

The "WASA-MI" menu is a collaboration between Claudio Sadler, a Michelin-starred chef at "Ristorante Sadler" in Milan, and Yasuhiko Sasajima, chef at the renowned "Il Ghiottone" in Kyoto and Marunouchi, Tokyo.
