The menu features selections from the Bangkok branch's offerings, curated by Somtum Der Group Executive Chef Gornthanat Thongnam and Thai investors.

Among the highlights is 'Som Tum,' a signature dish from the Isaan region in northeastern Thailand, made with green papaya. This classic dish, featuring crisp papaya seasoned with chili and lime for a sour and spicy kick, is a staple enjoyed daily by the people of Isaan.

Somtum Der offers eight varieties of Som Tum. They also serve 'Larb Nam Tok,' a salad rich in herbs, and familiar favorites like Tom Yum Goong and the quintessential Thai dish, Pad Krapow Moo.

For lunch, a special three-set menu is available, featuring Som Tum Thai, Crispy Pork Belly with Sweet Chili Sauce, and Larb Moo (spicy minced pork salad). These dishes are recommended even for those new to Isaan cuisine.

In the Isaan dialect, 'Der' in Somtum Der is a suffix used to express empathy, similar to 'isn't it?' or 'don't you think?', conveying agreement or shared feeling. The name embodies the warm hospitality and sense of camaraderie characteristic of the Isaan people.

Energize your body and soul with vibrant Thai cuisine. We invite you to visit.
