Flavors That Captivate Parisian Gourmands, Now in Tokyo

David Lathuagère
After serving as group executive chef for Alain Ducasse's restaurants globally, David Lathuagère went on to become chef at Plaza Athénée and Benoît. In 2008, he opened his own restaurant, "L'Assiette," in Paris's 14th arrondissement. Known for creating a spectacular dining experience by personally engaging with guests, recommending seasonal ingredients, and fostering conversation, his establishment is a favored haunt even for Michelin-starred chefs.
Now, he visits Japan. He will present dishes that have delighted Parisians, such as "Terrine de Campagne Traditionnelle," a rustic dish recreating recipes from his native Auvergne, and "Pâté en Croûte de Canard Français," a classic home-style dish reimagined in a bistro style.
These precious 11 days offer a rare opportunity to savor authentic French flavors in Japan. We invite you to enjoy this "Autumn of Gastronomy" curated by Chef David Lathuagère.
