Autumn Menu Featuring Warm Hues Now Available

From Armani \/ Ristorante, where you can simultaneously enjoy the world of Armani and the menu conceived by culinary advisor Enrico Derflingher, who has served as White House Executive Chef and more, comes a new autumn menu. With "festival" as the theme, we invite you to savor the rich autumn flavors depicted on pure white plates with all your senses.

A Menu to Experience Italian Autumn in Japan

This autumn's menu theme is "festival." The atmosphere of festivals celebrating the arrival of autumn across Italy is expressed through vibrant plating. Reflecting the harvest season, you can experience the spirit of Italy's harvest festivals with traditional dishes from various regions, featuring porcini mushrooms, black truffles, and a colorful array of vegetables.

The menu includes warm-hued dishes from the dinner selection "Giorgio Armani's Beloved Menu," such as "24-Month Aged Gibello Culatello with Stracciatella Cheese, Pear, and Balsamic Accent" and "Scampi Catalan Style with Bottarga, Broccoli Romanesco, and Cherry Tomatoes." Also featured is the aromatic "Pappardelle with Cacao and Peperoncino, served with Lobster Sauce" from the dinner menu "DEGUSTAZIONE."

Culinary advisor Enrico Derflingher, the youngest person ever to become Head Chef to the British Royal Family, and who has also served as White House Executive Chef and personal chef to the late Princess Diana, gives his seal of approval, stating, "This is a menu that allows you to contemplate the Italian autumn while in Japan." He further comments, "The warm colors of red, yellow, and brown, inspired by the harvest festivals of ingredients that are in season at this time, will herald a wonderful autumn for you."
