Serving Beef Aged Long-Term with a Proprietary Method
BENJAMIN STEAK HOUSE was founded in Manhattan in 2006 by Benjamin Probst and Benjamin Sinanaj, who gained experience at the long-established Brooklyn steakhouse Peter Luger Steak House. They were joined by Chef Arturo Macleod, who had served as a steak master at Peter Luger for approximately 20 years.
The restaurant is celebrated not only for the deliciousness of its steaks but also for its vibrant atmosphere and hospitality that treats guests like family, creating an "unforgettable, blissful experience."
Benjamin Steak House now makes its Japan debut with the opening of "Benjamin Steak House Roppongi" in Tokyo's Roppongi district.
The beef served is certified USDA Prime, the highest grade by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. This select beef is then aged for at least 28 days using a proprietary dry-aging method.
Simply seasoned with salt and seared quickly under a high-temperature broiler, the steak's umami is locked in. It is then served sizzling on a piping hot ceramic plate, delivering exquisite flavor and perfect doneness.
The sirloin and tenderloin (filet) are served side-by-side, separated by the bone, allowing guests to enjoy two types of steak from a single dish.
In addition, the menu offers a range of options from appetizers to main courses, catering to individual preferences for single servings or group sharing. Lunch options include à la carte and weekday prix fixe menus. The "Benjamin Burger," a dry-aged beef burger available in a limited run of 10 per day, is also a highlight. Seafood is also available, ensuring a diverse dining experience.
The restaurant's calm ambiance makes it suitable for various occasions, including solo lunches, gatherings with friends or colleagues, dining with important guests, or intimate moments with a partner. The hospitable staff warmly attends to guests, ensuring a fulfilling experience.
This is a steakhouse where guests can savor not only the cuisine but also the charm of the environment.
