Every year, Nespresso releases a limited-edition capsule coffee using rare beans sourced from around the world, aiming to provide a "blissful coffee experience" to coffee lovers globally.

The first limited item for 2017 is the aged coffee "Selection Vintage 2014." This is a rare and valuable product made with coffee that has been aged for a long period under strict quality control. The beans were aged for three years, fully bringing out the deep flavor of aged coffee.


Made with 100% Arabica coffee beans harvested in 2014. Nespresso's coffee experts carefully selected beans cultivated in the highlands of Colombia, resulting in a flavor profile characterized by woody aromas and fruity notes reminiscent of berries.

Furthermore, similar to high-quality cheese or meat, aging through advanced specialized techniques has achieved a smooth mouthfeel.

The aging facility is located at an altitude of approximately 3700 meters in Colombia and is equipped with a cutting-edge environment that meticulously controls time, oxygen levels, humidity, light, and atmospheric pressure. Additionally, by sequentially rotating the storage position of the bean bags and even replacing the bags themselves, efforts were made to maintain uniform quality.
