The Culinary Concept: "ASIAN BREEZE"

Last year, "Oceans Bar" welcomed over 3,000 guests and was met with great acclaim. It returns this year for a limited engagement.


The rooftop bar, located within the restaurant "Garden Room" at "Grand Oriental Minatomirai," offers a variety of seating options, including bar counter seats with a direct view of the Ferris wheel, sofa seats perfect for small parties, and lounge seats for ultimate relaxation.

Though situated in the heart of the city, it offers a sense of liberation and exhilaration, as if seated upon the sea. Furthermore, with special seats set up by the poolside and other areas surrounded by greenery and water, guests can experience a pleasant sensation of floating.

The food menu, inspired by the "ASIAN BREEZE" concept, features ethnic dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and more. From light bites like fresh spring rolls and shrimp tempura, to more substantial fare such as Malaysian satay grilled with Asian spices, guests can enjoy a wide range of culinary delights.

This year also introduces the chef's signature dish, "Tom Yum Kung with Large Prawns (served with Pak Choi Toast & Ginger Toast)." Its exquisite balance of spice and sourness is sure to whet the appetite, especially on a hot summer day.


Of course, a wide selection of drinks is available to complement the cuisine. Guests can order beer from 14 countries worldwide, original cocktails, and specially selected sparkling, white, rosé, and red wines to pair with the ethnic dishes.

The highlight is the original mojito made with fresh fruits. The classic summer rum aroma blends with the natural sweetness and tartness of the fruit. Additionally, for those who prefer non-alcoholic options or are designated drivers, four types of original ginger ale and non-alcoholic cocktails, popular since last year, are also available.
