A collaboration by three international talents

FRANZÈ & EVANS LONDON offers healthy dishes that reimagine Italian and Mediterranean cuisine as contemporary British fare. The cafe is the brainchild of three collaborators: Nicola, a creative director born in Italy and based in London; Connie, a chef born in Zimbabwe who has lived in Australia and the Netherlands before settling in London; and Teresa, a pastry chef born in Italy, raised in Australia, and now in London.

The menu, championing a new era of modern British cuisine, is the result of the three founders' diverse experiences. It includes deli meals featuring arancini (rice croquettes), lasagna, and quiches, as well as sweets like French toast and pavlova with meringue. Each dish is a visually delightful and creatively inspired creation.
