Introducing THE TENDER HOUSE, Shirokanedai's New Gourmet Destination
This summer, Shirokanedai welcomed THE TENDER HOUSE, a multifaceted complex housing two distinct restaurants: THE TENDER HOUSE DINING and Yogashoku Grill Shirokanen-so. Both establishments are already generating buzz among gourmands for their menus, which masterfully condense the inherent flavors of their ingredients.

Pursuing a New Standard of Richness and Quality
Located on the first floor, THE TENDER HOUSE DINING draws inspiration from the arid winds and open spaces of South America. It aims to be a central dining space that disseminates the latest in food culture, lifestyle, and the arts.
The culinary offerings are tailored to different times of the day. For breakfast, the focus is on signature French toast and Eggs Benedict, complemented by a salad bar featuring nutrient-rich superfoods like chia seeds.
Lunch presents a rotating menu rich in South American spices and abundant vegetables. During café hours, guests can indulge in original pastries crafted by the in-house patissier and coffee brewed individually for each order.
Dinner service centers on South American cuisine, featuring original dishes that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. Highlights include "Churrasco" (lamb brochettes) and "Ceviche" (marinated seafood), both infused with herbs and spices, as well as "Parihuela," a Latin-style bouillabaisse.
Yogashoku Grill Shirokanen-so, on the other hand, is an exclusive restaurant accessed through its own private entrance. With only nine counter seats, its intimate, hideaway-like ambiance creates a sense of comfort akin to being in one's own home.
The teppanyaki-style dining allows the chef to prepare dishes right before the guests, tailoring them to individual preferences. The menu is a single-course experience, primarily featuring "Olive Beef," a premium brand from Kagawa Prefecture, alongside the freshest seasonal ingredients sourced daily.
Olive Beef, nurtured with olives known for their abundance of oleic acid in the warm climate of the Seto Inland Sea, is characterized by its tender texture and a rich yet light, delicate mouthfeel. This is harmoniously paired with the freshest seasonal vegetables and seafood, delivered daily. The fusion of Western and Japanese culinary techniques in this private setting promises a truly luxurious experience.
Within the THE TENDER HOUSE complex, there are also spaces for weddings and parties. Under the concept of "THE Quality & Status ~Introducing a New Standard of Richness and Quality to Japan~," it serves as a place where adults who appreciate true quality can relax naturally.
