Savor the Spirit of a Two-Star French Restaurant in Japan

The special menu, 'Soiree du Patrick GAUTHIER,' begins with an amuse-bouche: 'Pumpkin velouté, cappuccino style, with a hint of Piment d'Espelette.'

Patrick Gauthier is a close friend and former colleague of Nobuhisa Nagasawa, the executive chef at the Marunouchi French restaurant 'resonance,' with whom he trained in France. Their friendship continues to this day.

This is a rare opportunity to savor Patrick Gauthier's cuisine, which is otherwise only available by visiting his restaurant. Enjoy 'La Madeleine's' specialties with someone special this Christmas week.
