Limited Christmas Course Menu Available from December 20th
Armani / Ristorante Ginza, a luxurious Italian restaurant by the high-end Italian fashion brand "Armani," will present its limited-edition Christmas course menu, "NATALE," from December 20th (Tuesday) to 25th (Sunday), beautifully celebrating the holiday season with exquisite dishes.

Luxurious Ingredients, Vibrant Dishes Highlighting Natural Flavors
Armani / Ristorante Ginza opened its doors in Ginza four years ago as an Italian restaurant. Enrico Derflingher, former White House executive chef and personal chef to the late Princess Diana, was invited as a culinary advisor. His expertly crafted dishes have garnered widespread acclaim from celebrities and the public alike.
This year's special Christmas course menu is "NATALE." With the theme "Elegant & Simple," it features luxurious ingredients such as foie gras, caviar, truffles, and wagyu beef, prepared with a focus on highlighting their natural flavors.
Both lunch and dinner courses are available. For example, the "Charcoal-Grilled Foie Gras Terrine with White Strawberry and Almond Salad," featured in both menus, offers a dish where foie gras is sautéed and then grilled over binchotan charcoal for an added aroma, creating a harmonious blend with white strawberries and toasted almonds. The menu continues with other visually stunning and festive dishes.
Furthermore, each dish is paired with a wine selected by Mr. Derflingher and the sommelier, allowing guests to savor the perfect marriage of food and wine.
New Menu: Armani's Beloved Italian Flavors with a Ginza Touch
Additionally, starting December 1st (Thursday), a new menu titled "Giorgio Armani's Beloved Menu" will be introduced, fulfilling Mr. Armani's wish, known for his affection for Japan, to share his cherished hometown flavors with the people of Japan. This menu reimagines traditional Italian dishes from Mr. Armani's childhood, infused with a Ginza sensibility.
