"Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros" welcomes David Toutain, a Michelin-starred chef from Paris. For two days only, August 7th (Friday) and 8th (Saturday), he will present a collaborative lunch and dinner with the restaurant's Executive Chef, Guillaume Bracaval.

David Toutain (top image), owner and chef of "Restaurant David Toutain," is one of the most talked-about chefs in Paris. He achieved the remarkable feat of earning a Michelin star in the French "Guide Michelin" within just one year of opening.

He and Guillaume Bracaval (bottom left), Executive Chef at "Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros," were born in the same year, 1981, and honed their skills together at "Arpège" in Paris – they are, in essence, comrades. This dream collaboration between the two is now a reality in Tokyo.

For this special occasion, a unique course menu has been prepared by both chefs. David Toutain, known for his masterful artistic expression of nature on the plate, and Guillaume Bracaval, deeply familiar with Japan. This is a rare opportunity to savor the exquisite cuisine of two leading young French chefs, each at the forefront of the culinary world in Paris and Tokyo.
