Julien le Paulmier is a leading figure in French orchard cultivation and apple research. Driven by his profound conviction, the concept of "blending" apple juices emerged in 1585 alongside the development of various apple varieties. Today, LE PAULMIER continues his legacy, delivering flavorful and creative beverages daily, crafted from fruits cultivated using traditional orchard methods.
POMMILLON with Colette “cooking party”
Once a month in France, "Colette" hosts a cooking class for children using the apples found in Pomillon. Participants can enjoy desserts they've made, paired with Pomillon.
All apples used are edible varieties, organically grown and about three times the size of cider apples. Varieties with aromatic scents harvested by hand, and those chosen for their fresh acidity, are carefully washed three times and then pressed separately using traditional methods before being blended. The blending ratio of these apple juices varies each year, as the characteristics of the apples subtly change depending on the soil conditions and orchard environment where they grew.
