Your Camping Adventure Starts Here

This year marks the third iteration of the "Coleman Outdoor Resort Park" event, following 2013 and 2014. It's designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned campers, to discover and enjoy their own "outdoor resort" style.

The venue is packed with hands-on activities that go beyond simply observing different camping styles. A variety of workshops will be held, allowing visitors to experience the comfortable and unique pleasures of the outdoors right in the heart of Tokyo.

Cook and Eat Outdoors

In the "EAT" area, where you can not only savor outdoor cuisine but also learn how to prepare it, Ken Tanaka, a comfort living researcher, will lead a BBQ experience. Additionally, food coordinator Nahoko Minakuchi will host a workshop on making "hot sandwiches" using carefully selected ingredients.

The rum bar SCREW DRIVER will set up a "Cafe Bar Outdoor Resort," offering a cocktail-making workshop. HOSHIKO will conduct a cooking class using dried vegetables, and the Shimanto Juku will open a "Canadian Canoe Gallery Cafe."

Find Your Moment of Serenity in the City This Weekend

The "PLAY" area offers a wealth of activities for both adults and children, embracing the joy of the outdoors. Experience "slacklining," a sport performed on a tensioned line, try the "Bungee Trampoline" for exhilarating jumps, or bounce around in a "Puka Puka Ball," a large inflatable sphere on water. There will also be ukulele and percussion (Pachica) workshops, stargazing with Vixen telescopes, and a gymnastics workshop using tenugui (Japanese hand towels).

In the "STAY" area, relax in a hammock under the early summer sun or take a break at a tent site reminiscent of a resort hotel. A specialty shop for vintage lanterns, essential for any camping trip, will be present. Coleman will also host a mini camp college to teach tent setup techniques.
