At the reservation-only temporary restaurant "Ametsuchi," guests can savor simple yet meticulously crafted one-pan camp cuisine created by Setsumasa Kobayashi, the driving force behind MOUNTAIN RESEARCH, and Chef Tetsuya Honda of Ristorante Honda. Reservations are accepted until December 6th (Sunday) at 24:00.

Meal Kits for Exquisite One-Pan Camp Cuisine Also Released

"Ametsuchi" is a reservation-only temporary restaurant that disseminates various "food" projects from creative perspectives, including fashion and culture.
The name is derived from the Japanese phrase "Ametsuchi (天地)," meaning "the beginning of heaven and earth," signifying that "everything begins from here."
With the aim of providing experiences and communication through offline and online events and projects initiated by "Ametsuchi," the restaurant proposes connections mediated by "food."
A collaboration has now been realized with Setsumasa Kobayashi, the head of <MOUNTAIN RESEARCH>, who practices a mountain lifestyle on his own developed campsite in Nagano Prefecture.
Kobayashi-san, a camping expert who produced the campsite "Mizunomori Camp Land," proposes a menu using carefully selected ingredients. Chef Tetsuya Honda, who has earned one Michelin star 12 times, has refined these into a special one-pan camp meal recipe.
"Ametsuchi" will host a lunch and dinner event where guests can actually enjoy the one-pan camp meals created by this luxurious tag team, dishes not typically available at Ristorante Honda.
To complement the meals, several types of natural wines selected by the wine shop DIVE TO WINE in Shibuya, Jingu-mae, will also be available.
Furthermore, meal kits born from this collaboration, allowing you to easily enjoy the dishes at home, will also be released.
The menu features three options: braised beef belly in red wine, braised chicken thigh with bone in white wine, and braised chicken wings with seasonal vegetables in tomato sauce. The ingredients used are proud products from Miyazaki Prefecture. Among them, the chicken dishes made with "Miyazaki Jidori" chicken, known for its firm texture, juicy umami, and satisfying bite, are highly recommended.
The restaurant will accept reservations only between December 1st (Tuesday), 12:00 PM and December 6th (Sunday), 24:00. The initial shipment for meal kits is available for pre-order from December 1st (Tuesday), 12:00 PM to December 10th (Thursday), 24:00, on a completely reservation basis.
