"Trieste" is a coffee characterized by its delicate yet smooth profile, with a balanced flavor reminiscent of chocolate and hazelnut. Trieste, once a gateway to Austria (Austro-Hungarian Empire) and a hub for exporting coffee consumed in Viennese coffee houses, continues to offer a diverse coffee experience, enjoyed in various ways from short to long cups, with or without milk. This series evokes the rich and diverse cultural tapestry of the historic port city of Trieste, a place where Italian, German, and Slavic cultures converged and thrived on coffee trade.

"Milano" features a soft, fruity aroma and a sweet, cereal-like flavor, creating an elegantly robust coffee. This series embodies Milan, a city that played a pivotal role in Italian coffee culture, notably hosting the first public serving of espresso at the 1906 World Expo. A blend of Central and South American Arabica beans with Indian Robusta beans results in a refined aroma and a sophisticated finish.
