The Author's Own Self-Administration of Vitamin D

Vitamin D is something our bodies can produce themselves by being exposed to sunlight. It is an essential vitamin for calcium metabolism, and its deficiency is well-known to cause bone diseases. Dr. Ryozo Saito, the author, argues that this very vitamin D is effective against modern illnesses, including hay fever.

In Europe and the United States, data already indicates that vitamin D deficiency significantly impacts modern diseases. In Japan, too, the influenza-preventive effect of oral vitamin D intake, which surpasses that of influenza vaccines, is gaining attention. A joint study between the author and Nippon Medical School involving hay fever patients has yielded clues for a new approach to treating hay fever. The author himself has experienced allergies and claims to have found a fundamental cure for hay fever and chronic rhinitis through self-administration of vitamin D, surpassing drug treatments.

Professor Kimihiro Okubo of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Nippon Medical University, an authority on hay fever in Japan, commented, "This is an interesting book that offers a potential answer to why hay fever can become severe even with low antibody counts." Professor Shuji Shirazawa of the Department of Anti-aging Medicine at Juntendo University, a leading figure in anti-aging in Japan, expressed his confidence, stating, "This book will surely become a bible for vitamin D." The book is attracting considerable attention from the medical community. It can be called an epoch-making work that offers a reliable guide to those suffering from hay fever.
