An art exhibition, realized through a collaboration between the art collective "re:time," which creates artworks using discarded clock materials, and "Pullman Tokyo Tamachi," a hotel that emphasizes sustainable activities, will be held from Wednesday, February 1, 2023, to Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi's 2F JUNCTION.

The pandemic, which restricted movement for nearly three years, dealt a significant blow to the hospitality industry. Now, as signs of global recovery emerge, Pullman Tokyo Tamachi is seeing a return to pre-2019 vibrancy, with many visitors, including international guests, frequenting the hotel.

Amidst this, the hotel has announced an art exhibition in collaboration with "re:time," an art collective dedicated to collecting defunct or unwanted clocks and parts, and transforming them into new works of art.

With the theme "Stopped time begins anew," the hotel conveys the joy of time resuming after an unprecedented standstill, while the artworks express the delight of clock hands, once frozen, transforming into art and moving forward once more.

Pullman Tokyo Tamachi has consistently expanded the possibilities of "hotel x art" through initiatives such as AR (Augmented Reality) art exhibitions, NFT art shows, and live painting events by contemporary artists. The hotel also places a strong emphasis on sustainability, addressing issues like women's social advancement and striving for plastic reduction within its premises.

Notably, their "0% Sangria," a non-alcoholic mocktail created by upcycling wines slated for disposal, launched in 2022, garnered significant attention and continues to be well-received by many users.

During this sustainable art exhibition, all patrons ordering drinks at the hotel's 2nd-floor JUNCTION will receive a complimentary hot 0% Sangria to warm up from the winter chill.

Additionally, the first 100 customers to order a drink during the exhibition period will receive a "Face Keychain," an acrylic keychain reborn from repurposed clock materials. Each "Face Keychain" possesses a unique "face," reflecting diverse "personalities," even when produced identically.
