Born in Germany, Juergen Teller began his career as a photographer after studying photography at university in Munich. He has been commissioned by various fashion houses, including Marc Jacobs, Helmut Lang, Yves Saint Laurent, and Celine, to create advertising visuals. His work has appeared in leading fashion magazines such as 'W Magazine,' 'i-D,' and 'Purple.' Furthermore, he has photographed numerous musicians, including Björk and Nirvana. His diverse range of expression spans provocative and bold fashion advertising to intimate family portraits that capture the subject's most natural state.
This exhibition primarily features works related to art and fashion, showcasing portraits of celebrities such as Lily Cole, Kate Moss, and Vivienne Westwood, alongside ordinary individuals. It also includes a variety of other works, such as landscapes and animal photography.
