Red Bull Illume: An Exhibition Held Only at Night

For over a decade, Red Bull Illume has established itself as a premier exhibition for action and adventure sports photography. The works on display this time are 55 award-winning images selected from over 30,000 submissions to the "Red Bull Image Quest 2016." In addition, five winning photos from the "National Mobile Contest," a local competition for smartphone photography, will be exhibited, bringing the total to 60 pieces. Red Bull Illume "National Mobile Contest" Entry Guidelines

Event Name | Red Bull Illume National Mobile Contest
Content | A photo competition themed around action and adventure sports, captured on smartphones.
Entry Period | Thursday, March 1st - Sunday, March 25th, 2018
Entry Fee | Free
Eligibility | Open to all, both professionals and amateurs.

*Entries of photos taken by others, or submissions made by a representative of the photographer, are not permitted.
*Up to five entries per person are allowed, themed around action and adventure sports.

Judges | Kazunori Fujisawa (Vice President, Yodobashi Camera), Lorenz Holder (Two-time Red Bull Image Quest winner), Masa Onizuka (Red Bull Athlete, Snowboard). These three will select one grand prize winner from five finalists.

Prizes | The grand prize winner will receive the Red Bull Illume trophy and a Yodobashi Camera gift certificate worth ¥100,000.

Notes | The works of the five finalists will be exhibited alongside the 55 award-winning photos from "Red Bull Image Quest 2016" at the Red Bull Illume Tokyo venue. They will also be invited to the Red Bull Illume Opening Night event held at Akasaka Sacas on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018.
