Live broadcast of three artists' talks on Ustream

In September last year, 2009, "Louis Vuitton's Forest" was created in Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, with the cooperation of More Trees, an organization founded by Ryuichi Sakamoto with the aim of regenerating forests.

This "Louis Vuitton's Forest," themed around the "beauty of the forest," focuses on the healing effects and majestic nature that forests provide, emphasizing the drawing out of the land's inherent power. It's noteworthy that the aim is not just forestry, but also to create a forest that resonates with the five senses, offering visitors "healing" and "inspiration."

Louis Vuitton will now host a symposium with Ryuichi Sakamoto, representative of More Trees; Tabaimo, a contemporary artist; and Yuko Nagayama, a young architect who designed the "LOUIS VUITTON Kyoto Daimaru store," under the theme "Towards a Beautiful Future Earth..."

The three artists will discuss "views on nature," "creativity," and "the future." Yoshiko Ikoma, a journalist with deep knowledge of arts, culture, and the environment, will moderate the talk.

Furthermore, in a first for Louis Vuitton, this symposium will be live-streamed on Ustream. Don't miss this valuable talk session starting at 18:30 on Friday, July 30th.
