Diary-T 145 Soft Cream

Milk Cafe
http://yamachi-rakunou.jp/cafe/
I had some delicious soft cream for the first time in a while. And it was free because it's promotional season.
If you're interested, please go. It's in Roppongi.
They're waiting for you with smiles, too.

So, the reason it's so delicious is the quality of the milk, and wanting to know the secret behind that deliciousness, I decided to do an interview right away. That might be a bit of a misstatement, but this is also a very interesting farm that I'll be featuring for the second installment of Dictionary's new series, "New Worker."
The philosophy of this farm is wonderful, but actually, AT-LINK, the IT company that protects my company's servers, is an investor, so I'd been curious about it for a while. In other words, IT and milk. They might seem like polar opposites, but I suspect the underlying connection is a deeper truth. This is the premise of my interview.
Incidentally, the first installment featured Levain, my favorite bakery.
A true bread lover's pursuit of truth, but for years, there's been something about this place that has resonated with me. Yes, I want to know the secret behind the heavenly smiles of the women who work here. That is the true origin of this "New Worker" project.
The full story is here.

Ah, time's up. To be continued.
