With the Olympics approaching, London is buzzing. And in Knightsbridge, London’s most prestigious district, the Bulgari Hotel London has newly opened. What is the sophisticated, luxurious hotel that London and Bulgari have woven together?

Knightsbridge, London’s premier shopping area, lined with luxury department store Harrods and high-fashion boutiques. In this location, arguably London’s Ginza, the Bulgari Hotel London was born, the first new luxury hotel in the city in 40 years.
The architecture and interior design were handled by Italian architectural masters Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel & Partners. In homage to Bulgari’s roots as a jeweler and to Britain’s reputation for silver, the interior is characterized by an elegant, silver-based palette.
The 85 guest rooms, including suites, feature classic motifs inspired by 19th-century silverware incorporated into silk curtains, and bedside table lamps designed to evoke Bulgari’s silver candelabras, showcasing meticulous attention to detail throughout. In the main hall, two silver Bulgari chandeliers, with their stunning Italian ornamentation handcrafted by artisans, serve as centerpieces, dramatically enhancing the space.
Furthermore, reflecting Bulgari's historically deep connection with cinema, a special area features a luxurious 47-seat private cinema room, offering state-of-the-art cinematic sound and visuals. The hotel also boasts "Il Bar," perfect for enjoying Italian aperitivo, and "Il Ristorante," serving exquisite Italian cuisine and wines. The health and spa area, located on the fourth and fifth basement levels, includes a 25-meter pool and a 150-square-meter fitness area.
The hotel also stands out for its environmental considerations. Pioneering initiatives include the use of geothermal energy—a first for a UK hotel—a "green roof" with nesting boxes for birds and bats, and charging stations for electric vehicles.
The Bulgari Hotel London allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the brand's glamorous mood and heritage. It is a space that promises to enrich stays in London, a city currently drawing global attention.
