Spring 4 Love

1x1=1 daily

2x2=every 4 days.

3x3=every 9 days.

4x4=every 16 days.

5x5=every 25 days.

6x6=every 36 days.

These are said to be guidelines for ejaculation frequency by age in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is believed that "vital energy" is released along with ejaculation,
and it warns that frequent ejaculation as one ages is "greatly harmful."

I see, so that's why there's the teaching, "Engage without spilling."

In other words, it means not to ejaculate.

Vital energy is the source of life force stored in the kidneys.
When the kidney's vital energy is insufficient, it leads to "kidney deficiency."

P.S. Memo = A quick note

Those with greasy hair from a bald pate might like that, but it's an easy-to-understand appearance.

Even those who aren't bald but have thinning hair are said to be those who "leak vital energy (ejaculate)" frequently.
Is this a case of "hiding the head but not the tail"?

215) Indulge in food, drink, and lust, and what is pleasurable to the mind at first will inevitably harm the body later and lead to long-term misfortune. If you seek to avoid misfortune later, you should not seek what is pleasurable to your mind at first. All things that are pleasurable at the beginning will inevitably lead to future misfortune. If you strive to endure at the beginning, it will inevitably lead to future pleasure.

(470) The kidneys are the root of the five viscera, and the spleen is the source of nourishment. Therefore, the human body is rooted in the spleen and kidneys, just as plants have roots. They should be preserved and nurtured to become firm. If the root is firm, the body is at peace.

Studying Traditional Chinese Medicine is learning how to live a long life.

(219) Calm the mind, harmonize the vital energy, speak less, and be tranquil. This is how to cultivate virtue and nourish the body. The path is one. Excessive talking, a restless mind, and a volatile spirit harm virtue and the body. The harm is one.
