Diary-T 191 Levan Ueda Store
The sky is clear and refreshing. A vast blue expanse unfolds.
The staff's pillows, dried here,
must feel wonderful too.
The scent of burning firewood drifts through the air. They're baking bread.

It's an otherworldly space that makes you sigh.
This might be Japanese fantasy.
It smells good. A scent that my body craves.
Perhaps we should reconsider the meaning of living in the city.
Working. Living.
Whose life are we living?

Subtly, this is the world of Koda-san.
The reason it seems subtle is
because you've been living this way for a very, very long time.
It's a space that offers much to learn and feel.

We were given dried persimmons, not for sale.
This is the true souvenir.
I suspect that Japan's forgotten regional cities
are eagerly awaiting something, aren't they?
Like the elegant space of Le Pain here,
the daily beauty of existence,
a new life for urban dwellers who have awakened
will soon begin...
One of the good qualities of Japanese people
is that everyone celebrates a change in lifestyle with each passing year.
Everyone blesses it.
