New Sounds Perfect for Autumn Evenings

This time, we introduced works perfect for autumn evenings, including vocalist Zara McFarlane, who is about to make her album debut on the independent label Brownswood Recordings, founded by DJ Gilles Peterson, who recently visited Japan; the beautiful scat singing of Tomoko Miyata, a singer based in New York; and a reissue of modal music by a Mexican drummer from the UK's JAZZMAN.
