Sunday nights, a personal time flowing gently with sophisticated music, is a moment of bliss for adults. Delivering such a rich time is DJToshio Matsuura's radio program "TOKYO MOON"──. Every Sunday from 7 PM on Inter FM 76.1MHz, he broadcasts wonderful music selected from around the world and adult topics that stimulate intellectual curiosity. Here, we present the program as it airs each week. This week, we look back at 2010 through music, picking out the most memorable tracks from those introduced on the show this year.

Reflecting on 2010 with My Eclectic Selections
With only a few days left in the year, this time I've selected 15 new releases from this year that left a particular impression on me since the show began in January. This selection, spanning jazz, world music, rock, soul, and rap, reflects my current eclectic DJ style as we look back on 2010.
Incidentally, next week's broadcast on January 2nd (Sunday) will be a special two-hour extended edition to celebrate the show's first anniversary.
We will be joined by Hiroki Nakamura, director of the brand "VISVIM," known for its original and globally active products including shoes and apparel. Please look forward to it.

Two Parties for Adults to Enjoy as 2010 Concludes
The first is a release party for a compilation album featuring tracks from artists who represented Japanese club jazz in the 1990s, such as U.F.O., DJ Krush, Nobukazu Takemura, Mandi M.L., Mondo Grosso, and Kyoto Jazz Massive. This CD, which will sound nostalgic to those in their 30s and 40s who remember the era, and fresh to younger generations, is filled with the passionate spirit of artists who pursued originality and spurred each other on with dreams of taking Tokyo to the world. I believe it will be a venue not just for nostalgic reunions, but for showcasing how each artist has "evolved." Please come and join us.
Then, on New Year's Eve, we'll have the annual countdown event, a Tokyo tradition, where you can enjoy music while gazing at the cityscape from the 52nd floor as you welcome the new year. This is a unique and luxurious event, bringing together artists with diverse musical styles for live performances and DJ sets. It's truly a New Year's Eve for adults.
