LORITA LORENZO Clutch Bags, Rooted in Africa, Debut in Japan

Established in 2013, the brand "LORITA LORENZO," helmed by African-American designer Carol Oyekunle, presents its 2015 Spring/Summer "Carnival Collection." Concept shop "LAILA TOKIO" has chosen to feature these clutch bags, which will be available in Japan for the first time starting Saturday, April 18th.

Luxurious Designs Popular in Paris

The brand "LORITA LORENZO" is named after the designer Carol's two daughters, Lola and Lorenza. Carol's creations, inspired by her own roots, African culture, and vibrant cityscapes, have established the brand as a global luxury name in Paris due to their timeless, stylish, and functional designs.

High-Quality Fashion Pieces

The clutches are inspired by the rich chromatic beauty and assertive identity of Brazil's traditional carnival, embodying an energetic worldview. They are crafted using West African fabrics. The base material is the highest quality plastic from Mazzucchelli, a long-established Italian company that also supplies top fashion houses.

The avant-garde prints of African fabrics harmonize with the fantastical plastic, handcrafted by Italian artisans who have passed down their techniques for generations, expressing the "joy" and "love" of carnival. The collection deeply reflects the personality of the powerful and affectionate designer, Carol herself.
