The 1st OSAKA Happy Run Festa feat. RunGirl
The Yomiuri Shimbun Osaka Headquarters, in collaboration with the general incorporated association RunGirl, proudly presents the inaugural Osaka event, "The 1st OSAKA Happy Run Festa feat. RunGirl," scheduled for Saturday, October 4th. The race will take place on a special course at Maishima Sports Island, offering participants the invigorating sea breeze, and is seeking 1,000 female runners.

RunGirl is a collective of female runners from the fashion, beauty, and media industries. With the theme "Enriching everyday life with the power of women who run," they are active in a wide range of initiatives, including planning and managing running events for women, product development, event planning, and regional revitalization.
The 1st OSAKA Happy Run Festa feat. RunGirl is a new style of running event that includes a 5km/10km run followed by an after-party featuring a fashion show of the latest running wear and a sunset live performance.
The venue will also host booths for experiencing running gear and gourmet food trucks, creating a festive outdoor atmosphere.

Date: Saturday, October 4th (Event proceeds rain or shine)
Venue: Special course within Maishima Sports Island (Konohana-ku, Osaka City)
5km Race: 1 lap (Time limit: 50 minutes)
10km Race: 2 laps (Time limit: 1 hour 40 minutes)
Eligibility: Healthy female runners aged high school age and above
Number of Participants: 1,000 (5km: 400, 10km: 600) - on a first-come, first-served basis
Entry Fee: ¥4,500
