Resort styles interpreted by European brands

Local
This brand was born in Milan, Italy, by a duo of designers who travel the world. The concept is "clothes that can be worn smoothly, effortlessly, and relaxedly," and the collection features simple, lightweight items made from natural materials. A key point is the attention to detail in their craftsmanship, such as the incorporation of handmade embroidery.

Mes Demoiselles
This brand is designed by French designer Anita Radovanovic. With the sentiment "May everyone be a Mademoiselle, no matter their age," she excels at elegant and feminine designs that skillfully utilize silk, embroidery, and beads.

They find inspiration for their ideas during their travels, and while utilizing traditional techniques, they translate their feelings from each place into their designs. This embodies the idea that "local roots give rise to global collections" and the wish that "people do not forget their origins."

They have a long-standing relationship with JOURNAL STANDARD, having even featured as models in the brand's catalogs. The textures that feel good to wear for modern women, the sophistication, and the romantic designs are loved by women all over the world.

Resort-print dresses in subdued tones

JOURNAL STANDARD ORIGINAL

JOURNAL STANDARD 04

This season's must-have botanical print. Incorporate the resort-ready graphics in subdued colors. The knee-length cocoon silhouette pairs well with office attire and jackets. We also recommend coordinating with trendy espadrille sandals.

JOURNAL STANDARD 05

A dress made of cool cotton-linen voile, featuring an ethnic geometric pattern reminiscent of an aloha shirt. The shirt dress design, with its ruffled hem that splits like petals, creates an active yet feminine impression.

JOURNAL STANDARD 06

A chic dress with layers of chiffon featuring botanical motifs. The bold print is easy to wear in monochrome, creating an image of a sophisticated, fashion-forward woman. The light, long-sleeved material is a versatile piece to have. Pair with colorful accessories for an accent.
