Fantasy Born from the Finest Materials and Master Craftsmanship
Chanel transformed the Grand Palais into a forgotten outdoor theater. As the curtains rose, a futuristic cityscape of skyscrapers appeared. It was a wondrous space, transcending time and space as if through a time machine.
White, black, gray, beige, with green and pink. Beneath long, loosely woven tweed jackets were lustrous, patchwork mini dresses. The look was completed with wide belts cinched at the low waist and leggings that fully encased the feet from toe to ankle. A tweed hat, appearing as a large ribbon from the front, added a cute touch. It was a collection that anticipated the future, all in a melange of styles.
Valentino presented coats that stripped away embellishment to highlight their quality. Botanical and animal prints were patchworked within lace. It wasn't just elegant; a mysterious image lurked beneath the surface.
The collection showcased masterful techniques, including tweed coats trimmed with lace and double-faced coats with cutwork. The windowpane check double-faced tunic and flare skirt are pieces one would truly want to wear. Valentino excels at making decorative elements feel refined.
