“Tod’s Double-T” Isetan Shinjuku Limited Edition Release

Kuwata’s works, inspired by Tod’s collections, will be displayed alongside special, one-of-a-kind items featuring buckles designed from Kuwata’s pieces, embodying a fusion of Japanese and Italian craftsmanship. Eight limited-edition collaboration models with Takuro Kuwata, based on the “Tod’s Double-T” collection characterized by its interlocking “T” buckle, will be released.

The Isetan Shinjuku limited edition models continue to feature the strong “T” buckle signature, with an elegant, glossy haircalf material printed with animal patterns. The zebra x leopard mix print offers a subtle yet impactful fashion statement, while the highest quality materials provide a chic, sophisticated luxury. Available in a new size and shape with enhanced storage capacity and featuring both a handle and an adjustable strap, these bags are finished to be perfect companions for all occasions.

Additionally, the venue will offer an early release of the 2016/17 Autumn/Winter small leather goods limited to Japan, alongside the Isetan Shinjuku limited edition items showcasing precious leather, and the new 2016/17 Autumn/Winter collection featuring feminine and glamorous graphical patterns. For the first 50 customers who spend ¥216,000 or more at the venue during the event period, an initial charm will be gifted.

Furthermore, from 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 13th, a talk event with Takuro Kuwata and Teiya Iwabuchi (Editor-in-Chief of “Bijutsu Techo”) will be held, with Iwabuchi serving as guest. A passionate discussion will unfold about the background of the collaboration, anecdotes, and the contemporary art scene.
