Latest Running & Training Shoes for Every Level
Nike Free first appeared in 2004. Since then, it has supported numerous athletes while continuously enhancing its technology as a running shoe. The newly released collection achieves a structure that allows you to experience "natural sensation = supernatural" in addition to the comfort, lightness, and flexibility of a barefoot feel, thanks to Nike's proprietary Free Technology.
The latest iteration of the running model, "Nike Free Run," the "Nike Free Run+ 3," features a new material called "Nano-Ply" on the upper, created by bonding stretch material with ultra-thin synthetic leather and then applying laser perforations. Combined with mesh, this structure promises the uniquely soft feel of Nike Free.
By incorporating diagonal grooves in the arch of the sole, the design successfully mimics the natural movement of the foot. The midsole features grooves running both vertically and horizontally, providing excellent flexibility.
Furthermore, the "Nike Free Run+ 3" incorporates the "Dynamic Fit" system in the midfoot of the upper, which eliminates gaps between the foot and the shoe, creating a fit that feels as if the shoe is following your foot. This creates a sense of unity between the shoe and your foot, offering an optimal fit for each runner.
The 2012 lineup includes the "Nike Free 4.0 V2," developed for next-step runners aiming for new goals such as achieving a "sub-4" marathon (completing 42.195km in under 4 hours), offering a sensation closer to bare feet; the "Nike Free 3.0 V4," the ultimate barefoot-feel model for elite runners within the Nike Free running line; and the training models "Women's Nike Free Advantage" and "Nike Free Trainer 5.0," which enable multi-directional movement. Models are available across a wide range of categories to suit different levels. The abundant color variations are also a key attraction.
