To commemorate the start of a new era for both companies, the "Mitsukoshi Isetan Holdings Inaugural Celebration" will be held at Mitsukoshi and Isetan group stores nationwide (32 locations in total). As the main event, the "KISS THE EARTH: For the Planet, For the Children WWF Charity Campaign" will commence on the same day.
Inaugural Celebration's Main Event: "For the Planet, For the Children"
The "Mitsukoshi Isetan Holdings Inaugural Celebration" marks the birth of Japan's largest department store group.
The main event, the "KISS THE EARTH: For the Planet, For the Children WWF Charity Campaign," is a charity initiative aimed at preserving the global environment, undertaken with the cooperation of WWF Japan (World Wide Fund for Nature Japan), which has a network in over 100 countries. Starting April 1st, original BE@RBRICKs (strap and pin badge versions) will be sold for charity at Mitsukoshi and Isetan group stores nationwide (32 locations in total).
The characters are a panda and a polar bear, both beloved worldwide and emblematic of endangered species. Through the popular BE@RBRICK, this campaign draws attention to the plight of these animals, contributing to a future not only for them but for all creatures, including humans, and the planet itself.
For each original BE@RBRICK strap and pin badge sold at 300 yen (tax included), 100 yen will be donated to WWF Japan to support their efforts in protecting wildlife and their habitats around the world.
Furthermore, Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store and Isetan Shinjuku Store, the flagship stores of both companies, will host the exhibition "Beautiful Earth, Lives Worth Protecting & WWF Exhibition," where visitors can learn about the global environment in an engaging way.
Additionally, to celebrate the launch of Mitsukoshi Isetan Holdings, a special sale will be held (April 1st-7th), and the first-ever "Jointly Planned Products" (approximately 1,000 items across women's, men's, food, and home goods) that combine the strengths of both companies will be showcased at each store and on every floor, offering a delightful shopping experience.

Both the original BE@RBRICK strap and pin badge are priced at 300 yen (tax included) each.
A total of approximately 240,000 units will be released across all stores. The number of units available may vary by store. Sales will conclude once the planned quantity is reached.
