Customers can order their preferred knitwear from a palette of 10 to 15 colors, choosing from three styles: crewneck, V-neck, and half-zip mock neck. Sizes range from 44 to 64, with sleeve and body lengths adjustable by plus or minus 6 centimeters in 2-centimeter increments. Delivery takes approximately one month from the order date. As part of the personalized service, a name can be embroidered on the tag and initials on the front body, all delivered in a special box. Prices are ¥115,500 for V-neck and crewneck styles, and ¥144,900 for the zip mock.

This exclusive service is available at only 13 select stores worldwide, with the Shinjuku Global Store being the sole representative in Japan. During the Su Misura trunk show period, the semi-custom order service will also be offered at other stores. Enzo D'Alessandro, Brand Director of Ermenegildo Zegna's formal wear division from Italy, will visit Japan during this period to offer new seasonal coordination proposals tailored to customer needs.
