The "TOMOKI SUKEZANE × alain mikli" Collaboration Model
Alain Mikli, known for its collaborations with artists from France and around the world, has partnered for the first time with a Japanese individual: Tomoki Sukezane, a fashion director with a strong following among men. The collection will be available at locations such as the Alain Mikli shop in Hankyu Men's Tokyo.

What happens when Sukezane's "circle" concept meets Alain Mikli?
Sukezane, who has always been drawn to rounded forms, envisioned a "circle" that is "without sharp corners" and "ever-turning." This concept also connects to the beauty of Japanese harmony.
The "TOMOKI SUKEZANE × alain mikli" collection features two models, one in metal and one in acetate, both emphasizing warm and comforting materials and colors. The wood-effect finish is achieved through specialized, advanced techniques that successfully replicate the texture of real wood.
The Latest Eyewear: A Fantasy Journey to the Kingdom of Prince Sassoon
Alain Mikli's latest collection, the "Prince Sassoon Collection," incorporates technology, expertise, and craftsmanship into its design. Moving beyond his signature acetate, Mikli has focused on metal frames for this series.
Born in the Republic of Armenia, Alain Mikli encountered French animation illustrator Alban Gilmour and writer Yvon Bertorello during a journey tracing his roots. They were reportedly researching the legend of "Prince David Sassoon."
Alain Mikli recalls, "We bonded over the idea for this collaboration while sharing Armenian coffee around a table." This led to the design of glasses that meticulously incorporate dynamic strokes, colors, details, and narrative.
The "Prince Sassoon Collection" frames feature elegant contours, captivating wearers with their skillful relief work, three-dimensional depth, delicate color palettes, and exceptional comfort.
Furthermore, the "NEW TITANIUM COLLECTION" merges Japan's renowned titanium processing technology with Alain Mikli's design. The integration of Amflex (patented spring hinge), developed for optimal comfort, results in enhanced lightness and an even more comfortable fit.
