Spring 2013: The "MHL.×BRIEFING" Collaboration

Inspired by function and practicality,MARGARET HOWELLMHL., the casual line from MARGARET HOWELL, continues to gain popularity each year. While the collaboration with "CANTON," Japan's oldest denim brand, is already creating buzz for Spring/Summer 2013, prior to that, collaboration items with "BRIEFING" have been released. Three items are available: a shoulder bag, a daypack, and a wallet.

BRIEFING, a luggage label that pursues true "militarism" in accordance with MIL-SPEC (US Military Specifications) and boasts exceptional functional beauty, merges with MHL., which proposes contemporary styles by leveraging "casual toughness and the inherent qualities of the materials." The durability for which BRIEFING is renowned is perfectly matched by MHL.'s unique design and color palette. Lightweight Cordura nylon is used, emphasizing a light feel.

The shoulder bag features a main compartment along with a front pocket, making it convenient for organizing small items you need to access quickly. Its body-hugging cut ensures a comfortable fit whether carried on the shoulder or crossbody, allowing it to be enjoyed as part of your outfit. The compact sizing makes it ideal for everyday use.

The daypack is a flap-type model with a main compartment, a front pocket, and additional vertical side pockets for items like water bottles. Its compact, three-dimensional form, designed to beautifully contour to the body when worn, creates a smart silhouette that fits perfectly into a street style.

The wallet, based on BRIEFING's acclaimed design, comes in MHL.'s signature colors. It's compactly designed to hold bills, coins, and cards, and can handle rough use in casual settings. Coordinating it with the bag enhances its special appeal.
