It was a movie that reaffirmed the greatness of his enduring presence as a fashion icon for decades. I highly recommend it. It makes sense that Alessandro Michele of Gucci featured his 1970s outfits for this spring and summer collection. Come to think of it, Elton John's avant-garde entertainment and Michele's creations seem to have quite a lot in common.

These python boots, adorned with the initials E and J, are one of the special items paying homage to the stage costumes designed for him by creators like Bob Mackie. The sleek, side-zip boots feature lizard trim in gold thread on the collar and toe, creating a glamorous pair.
