This limited capsule collection with UGG was designed by creative director Phillip Lim, who has roots in California, as he recalled his own memories of wearing them.
Sukezane“While UGG® is strongly associated with sheepskin boots, the designs are interesting, with Phillip's New Yorker flair, like the vibrant orange accents and the contrast created by combining canvas and leather.”
The classic duck boot is updated with pop colors and a zipper front. The waxed canvas shaft, full-grain leather upper, and durable sole are unique to this collaboration, aligning with Phillip Lim's philosophy of fusing contrasting elements.
Sukezane“The look is also unique, reminiscent of Katokicchan, the character from the frozen food brand Katokichi (now TableMark), familiar to the Showa generation. On snowy days, it's recommended to let loose a bit and enjoy styling with these boots for an elegant look.”
