The Brand's First Multi-Functional Backpack

New Backpack Arrives!

ato presents its 2012-13 Autumn/Winter collection themed "WARM COOLNESS," expressing "warm yet stylish" as a fusion of opposing elements. The brand's first multi-functional backpack is now available exclusively at the ato Aoyama and ato Shibuya Parco stores.

The Top Pouch Doubles as a Mini Shoulder Bag

This season, ato blends "WARMNESS"—expressed in beige and red key colors through materials like hairy wool, corduroy, and velvet—with "COOLNESS," represented by black and blue in leather. These elements are crafted into ato's signature silhouettes and functional designs. The brand's interpretations of MA-1 jackets, peacoats, and trench coats are already proving popular.

The backpack released by ato this time is made from a nylon material with a crispness akin to cotton. Its design incorporates elements of a frame sack with an internal frame, striking a balanced mix of street and mode aesthetics.

The pouch attached to the top of the main body can also be used as a mini shoulder bag by removing the cord, and it functions as a Boston bag when carried by the central handle.
Additionally, it features a drink holder and pen holder, highlighting its multi-functionality designed to suit various situations.
