Cut long, then distressed for unique dimensionality
"Type-2614," designed by the brand's Creative Director Andreas Melbostad, is characterized by its extra-long inseam, 50% longer than standard jeans.
Using super-stretch denim and applying wrinkle processing through pressing, these jeans achieve both a slim fit and a 3D effect.
Available in two colors: black and white. The black version will be an exclusive item for the DIESEL BLACK GOLD Aoyama store, scheduled to open on March 16th.
Melbostad commented, "I designed these jeans with the intention of adding texture to a long silhouette. By cutting the jeans very long and then distressing them, we created new depth and movement in the leg."
To convey the energetic atmosphere of the new model through campaign visuals, photographer Ivan Faving, who combines artistic sensibility with a fluid and dynamic style, was in charge of the shoot.
For the models, twin brothers Wyatt and Fletcher Sears of the punk band "The Garden," based in Orange County, were chosen. Their spirit is expressed through sharp monochrome photography and a short video. The dynamic poses of the Sears brothers strongly emphasize the flexible appeal of the denim.
