Pierpaolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri, who carry on the legacy of founder Valentino Garavani, have taken the helm as creative directors for the men's collection, infusing the brand's traditional style with a fresh perspective.

The 2012-13 Autumn/Winter men's collection unfolds with a sharp, contemporary style that defines the winter season. The "Urban Camouflage" theme features a color palette where greens and beiges blend with grays and blues, adding depth and richness for autumn and winter. This interplay of colors and sharp silhouettes accentuates masculinity.

Particularly noteworthy are the exquisite materials and the beauty of the tailoring. Valentino's signature couture-like expressions are enhanced by the application of sportswear techniques, achieving a balance between the tension of structured forms and an active image.
