Manhattan Portage, the New York-based bag brand founded in 1983, is launching "Manhattan Portage BLACK LABEL" this season. This new line focuses on the brand's roots in messenger bags, while also offering backpacks and tote bags. Sales begin on Saturday, August 22nd.

The new "BLACK LABEL" line has been developed to retain the spirit of the brand's iconic messenger bags, while inheriting its innovative designs, high-quality materials, and advanced craftsmanship. This line pursues "functionality" that combines sophisticated design with ample features, and "versatility" that shines in various settings.
Perfect for the Cycling Lifestyle
The body fabric is made from INVISTA's "CORDURA® BALLISTIC NYLON," known for its lightness and strength. Furthermore, matte PVC fabric and "3M™ REFLECTOR" black reflective tape are used throughout, creating a cohesive look.
The shoulder straps are made from seatbelt webbing, a material that won't damage delicate clothing when worn. Combined with the main body material, this design enhances the bag's affinity with cycling, the brand's origin.
The lineup features smart bags suitable for both work and leisure, blending design and functionality without appearing overly casual.
