The Same Store Concept as the Madison Avenue Flagship
TUMI Omotesando adopts the "Madison Concept," which debuted at the flagship store on New York's Madison Avenue in 2013. The Madison Concept is a collaboration with designer and architect Dror Benshetrit, who has received numerous international design awards.
Metal Fixtures and Wood Blend Beautifully
The bright and spacious interior is clearly zoned into travel, business, and accessory categories, with a new corner for women's items. Glossy metal fixtures are accented with organic touches of walnut wood, and an 80-inch monitor screen behind the cash counter displays TUMI campaign videos.
Additionally, the "Monogramming Station," first introduced at the TUMI Minamisenba store, is now available, allowing customers to personalize their items on-site. You can also have luggage tags and leather patches engraved with up to three initials of your choice in one of seven colors.
