Parisian Surf Brand WAIT Opens Limited-Time Pop-Up Shop

WAIT, a concept store offering surf gear, has opened in Paris's Marais district and is drawing attention. A pop-up shop allowing visitors to experience the brand's world is currently being held at Steven Alan Tokyo in Shibuya, until June 8th (Monday).

Exclusive Surf Shorts by Steven Alan Debut

WAIT has become a notable presence in Paris, being the first to offer surf gear and attracting surfers and skaters. The brand was originally started by the designers of the sunglasses brand "WAITING FOR THE SUN" as their own shop and showroom. With a concept of "outdoor & ecology," all items are produced in France. Recently, they also hosted the world's first "Patagonia" pop-up shop, proving their knack for generating buzz.

This limited-time shop features WAIT's original apparel. Alongside cut-and-sew items and T-shirts in collaboration with "Le Minor," the collection includes surfboards, paintings, and photo books inspired by the Paris store. A highlight is the surf shorts exclusively made for "Steven Alan." Crafted from Italian waterproof material, they are versatile enough for both leisure and everyday wear. The "WAITING FOR THE SUN" collection of "Made in France" sunglasses, featuring frames made from wood and bamboo, will also be available.
