Jewelry Embodying Universality and Artistic Sensibility
ADELINE CACHEUX
A staple in JOURNAL STANDARD’s styling, the French jewelry brand ADELINE CACHEUX boasts enduring popularity.
Designer Adeline studied art history at university, then worked as an assistant at a contemporary art gallery before embarking on her path as a jewelry designer.
In 2007, she unveiled her first collection, drawing inspiration from contemporary art, design, and music. Among her creations, jewelry combining different chains has become a signature design, evoking a spirit of rock and roll.
Her pieces, still handcrafted in her Paris atelier, are characterized by high quality and modern, architectural forms. At times, she employs combinations of various materials, demonstrating a non-traditional approach while maintaining an elegant, universal design aesthetic—a key part of their appeal. These are strong, edgy pieces of jewelry. Adding just one to an outfit is sure to guide you toward a truly contemporary feminine image.

Designs crafted from thin plates of silver and gold plating, their sharp forms exude both femininity and strength. The clasps feature cylindrical details. The rings are available as a silver and gold pair.

These pieces showcase a beautiful combination of gold and silver. The ring features a unique spherical clasp. The earrings are a charming design with a dangling gold sphere. The chain bracelet is a double strand, offering a simple yet luxurious feel.

Delicate lines create beautiful, slender yet impactful, and elegant designs. The oval bracelets and rings draw attention with their overlapping lines of silver and gold. Both pairs of earrings feature modern and stylish straight and square forms.
A Traditional Pair Reimagined with Studs
CHURCH'S
Since its founding in 1873, CHURCH'S has been a prestigious British shoemaker crafting its footwear in Northampton. Their Goodyear welted shoes, known for their comfort and excellent fit, are cherished by a global clientele. While consistently popular in Japan, they have regained significant attention in recent years with the resurgence of British traditional style.
Among their offerings, the "Burwood S," boldly adorned with studs, has become a buzzed-about new classic. Since its debut in 2012, it has captivated fashion enthusiasts of all genders.
Church's wingtip shoes come in several models based on different lasts; the "Burwood" using Last 81 is a highly acclaimed model. Characterized by its rounded toe, known as an egg toe, it has a voluminous overall silhouette. This exquisite balance results in a form suitable for both business and casual wear.
The decorative perforations, which add a touch of flair while maintaining an elegant appearance, are another appealing feature. The "Burwood S" introduced here features studs placed within these distinctive perforations. While preserving the shoe's traditional essence, it elevates the design into something modern and stylish.
