Curated Outdoor Goods for Camping and Outdoor Events
July marks the height of summer. JOURNAL STANDARD Omotesando features a wide selection of functional and fashionable outdoor goods. A special fair, beginning July 9th, will prominently showcase these items in-store.
First, consider the chairs from "Helinox." Boasting an ultra-lightweight design with an aluminum alloy frame and polyester seat, they fold compactly. The "Helinox Tactical Chair" is from the brand's military line. A clever design feature allows the included carrying case to attach to the frame, serving as a small storage pouch. Its comfort and sophisticated design have led to increasing availability in Japan.
The selection also includes compact Bluetooth speakers, essential for time spent in a tent. Among them are models from "BRAVEN," an American mobile audio brand founded in 2012, and the "BeYo" by "iui," a palm-sized speaker with a rounded form that delivers powerful sound and deep bass. Additionally, the lineup features eco-friendly options like bottles and food canisters from "Klean Kanteen," made from food-grade stainless steel that is environmentally sound and safer than plastics. The store offers many more items than can be featured here, so be sure to visit.

High-quality speaker "Braven 570" (top left) can charge smartphones via USB. "Braven BRV-1" (bottom left) is a high-quality speaker with IPX7 waterproof rating. The compact "BeYo" speaker (right) delivers powerful sound at a lightweight 132g.

Lightweight and compact folding chairs suitable for everything from camping to travel. The included storage bag doubles as a pouch, and the chair itself has a side pocket. A special white-based colorway of the "BeYo" speaker will be sold exclusively at JOURNAL STANDARD.

Tools made with "18-8 stainless steel" and silicone caps that meet food safety standards, ensuring hygiene. The lineup includes bottles with bamboo caps, vacuum-insulated bottles, and convenient food containers and canisters for storing ingredients.
With the enduring popularity of outdoor music events and camping, everyone now pays attention to their gear. Functional and stylish items have become a status symbol. This season, why not enhance your outdoor equipment, not just your city style, with these sophisticated goods selected by JOURNAL STANDARD?
Premium Denim for Beautiful, Tough Women
paper denim & cloth
"Paper denim & cloth" was established in New York in 1999. Its founder and designer, Scott Morrison, was a talented golfer who earned a scholarship in college and even turned professional. During this time, he became increasingly interested in the fashion business, ultimately quitting golf to study it—a unique career path.
He was then hired by a denim manufacturer, which inspired him to establish brands like Diesel and Replay in Italy. He founded his own company after his employer went bankrupt.

Paper denim & cloth jeans are characterized by their soft feel, achieved through meticulous attention to materials and details. The collection, blending an analog sensibility—each pair of jeans is individually numbered—with modern design principles, quickly gained popularity, aided by the prevailing trend for premium denim.
The brand is also highly favored by Hollywood stars and celebrities, with sightings of Gwyneth Paltrow, Lindsay Lohan, Cameron Diaz, Jude Law, Brad Pitt, and Jake Gyllenhaal wearing their creations.
