In September 2007, Yasuhiro Mihara married Hiromi Uehara, the world-renowned jazz pianist.

For their wedding, Mihara designed a dress for Hiromi, while his own tuxedo was custom-made by the bespoke tailor "Tailor & Cutter" in Aoyama.
