Thoughts on the late John Fluskey

Since founding United Arrows, we have handled Edward Green, including special orders, since 1991. The shoes were, of course, superb, but at the time, Edward Green had a pioneering president named John Fluskey. He was stylish and produced an excellent collection, but sadly, he passed away suddenly, and new management took over. However, I always felt the spirit of John Fluskey.

Crockett & Jones was positioned as a more accessible version of Edward Green. Church's was similar.

I appreciate that Crockett & Jones manages trends and designs skillfully while keeping prices affordable. The lasts have improved, and the shoes have been refined based on requests from Japanese customers.

The price of shoes? There's no specific 'correct' price, but around 100,000 yen per pair would be appreciated. 200,000 yen is a bit steep.

CROCKETT & JONES TRUNK SHOW Event

United Arrows will host a "CROCKETT & JONES" Trunk Show at its Nagoya and Harajuku Main Store Men's Building. This trunk show will allow customers to place orders from models featured in the official Crockett & Jones catalog. Additionally, a selection of limited-edition models available only during the event, along with all models carried by United Arrows, will be showcased, offering an unparalleled variety.
