Kai, the domestic market leader in disposable razors, introduces the "PREMIUM DISPO ecore®," a five-blade disposable razor made with eco-friendly materials. Additionally, "Pretty," the No. 1 selling brand in women's disposable razors, launches a limited-edition "Pretty Set for Skin and Environment" made with recycled plastic. Both will be available from April 1, 2022, on the official online store and other retailers.

The "PREMIUM DISPO ecore®" Razor Made with Eco-Friendly Materials

Globally, there's a growing focus on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), including initiatives to reduce plastic waste and promote a circular economy.
Kai, a leading blade manufacturer and the top domestic share holder in disposable razors, has announced the release of its environmentally conscious razor, "PREMIUM DISPO ecore®."
The "PREMIUM DISPO ecore®" features 65% recycled material in the hard resin parts of its holder, utilizing post-consumer recycled materials to reduce environmental impact. The blade itself boasts Kai's highest specifications for disposable razors, with a gentle five-blade system and two types of smoothers. It offers the same smooth shave while being environmentally considerate, making it a truly fitting item for our times.

A Limited Edition Set Featuring Recycled Materials for Skin and Environment

From "Pretty," the No. 1 selling brand in women's disposable razors, comes a limited-edition "Pretty Set for Skin and Environment" that maintains its appearance and performance while being eco-conscious.
This set uses 95% recycled material for the caps and hard resin parts of "Pretty Face L" and "Pretty Face T," popular items from the "Pretty" line. The packaging is made of paper, further reducing environmental impact.
Additionally, the set includes "FIRST SHAVE BOOK™," a booklet developed by Kai to help pre-teens and teenagers learn how to shave correctly and enjoyably, along with a sample (5 uses) of "Time Secret Mineral Oil Serum," a mineral cosmetic oil serum from the brand "Time Secret," developed by msh, which focuses on environmental issues. It's a thoughtful set indeed.
